I started this site after one too many arguments with a landlord over a hole I swore was already there when I moved in. Somewhere between the third apartment and the second lost deposit, I got serious about figuring out which “damage-free” products actually hold up and which ones just leave a bigger hole when they fail. Everything here gets tried in a real rental before it gets written about.
